1) What is the shreenm App

Registered customers can log on to the app and check availability, pricing and order products of various brands including Polycab, Schneider, Crompton, CG, D-Link, Phillips, Racold, Scame & more…. delivered to their door-step within 24 hours.

We are currently supplying products across various categories: House-wires, Cables and Cable Accessories (Jointing Kits), Fans - Switchgear - Light Fittings, LEDs, Lamps, Motors and Drives – Switches – Meters and more..

We are giving deliveries across the country depending on the availability of transporters from various warehouse locations to your preferred locations.

3) Using the APP:

Since you’re here, you have already signed in to your account. Alse to request a login call us on +91 8433999700.

On the app homepage you will see various options to search for products and order them, Check prices and stock availability, see your order history, check material in stock including full wire & cable range, fans & more.

You can also see special offers and deals and monitor the gifts you are eligible for. Further there are various features being added every week like match prediction games, online payment, channel finance and more.

4) To begin ordering, there are 4 ways to search for products you need:

A) Search for products from the Search Bar. I.e. enter your product name (try different combinations if you don’t get results immediately)For e.g.: If Crompton Hi speed 48 in brown. All options with above details will be displayed. If one spelling does not work here try alternatives

B) Search by Product Category : Check products from main product categories for eg in Wires, Cables, Fans, Motors etc. if you prefer.

C) Search by Brand : On the homepage – click on the Brands button. All are brands are listed there. Select the brands of your choice and when the results show – you can filter the results using the “Filter” button on top of the page.

D) Search by Voice : Once you click on the search bar – there is a small microphone icon. Click on that and once it shows active(lines moving) you can speak out the product you need. The results will be displayed once done.

Once you have found the product:

  • Add the “Quantity” you require.
  • Select “Add to cart”
  • On the pop-up for Payment days, select your terms
  • Confirm and the product selected, will be added to your cart!

If you want to order more products, after you have added your first product to the Cart - repeat Search for other products, enter quantity required and “Add to cart.”

  • When done adding products to cart, select the “Checkout cart” or button!
  • Confirm your address and select “place your order”! Make sure your order confirmation number is displayed on screen to ensure you have completed ordering.
  • Depending on the product and your account details with us, make payment or request credit.
  • That’s it, your order is on its way!

5) How to refer a customer and get 500 extra reward points!

  • Mail or message us your name and person being referred, contact and email address on +91 8433999700.
  • You can also fill in these details on the app in the “Refer a customer” section in the main menu.
  • We will speak to them and set-them up.
  • As soon as they place their first order – your account will be credited with the reward points and you can select gifts for many exciting options for home, store and personal use.

6) New Customer Payment Terms:

To set up your account we need:

  1. Your visiting card
  2. GSTN and
  3. Email address.

We will set-up your account and send you your app login for ordering. We will require payment with order before despatch for now.

To set-up credit, we need:

  1. Both sides Aadhar Copy
  2. 2 Market References from your suppliers/stores
  3. 2 Security Cheques with our name on it (not cancelled)

7) Payment Terms on Credit:

For credit customers, you will be given an option to select your preferred payment terms.

Please note, if payments are delayed beyond confirmed terms, we can charge 24% interest yearly.

8) Freight Terms:

  • Special Note: Due to transport restrictions – at times we are currently unable to offer free delivery.
    Despatches are still on with letter of approval from relevant authority
  • HW/Fans/Others free for orders above Rs. 10,000
  • Special deals with jotha/box packing(8 fans) free delivery
  • Pipes & fittings sent "To Pay"
  • Cables 1% charged or as per actuals depending on item and case by case agreement
  • Prime Members all free delivery!
  • Outside of Mumbai – please provide us with your preferred transporter who has a collection point in Lohar Chawl Mumbai or Bhiwandi and we will set up a delivery route.

9) Delivery:

  • Most products we offer next working day delivery.

10) App use Loyalty Points & Rewards:

Please note, these change regularly. Usually a notification is sent out when there are any special reward schemes or deals.

  • Your points will be displayed in the “Rewards section”
  • Gifts which you are eligible for, will show the “eligible and Add to cart option.
  • On one click you can select the same and the gifts will be delivered to you soon after.
  • There are many gift options to choose from including stationery, phones, home appliances and even an Activa.
  • *You needed to place an order before redeeming any gift.
  • *Reward points are adjusted accordingly if an app order is changed when billing
  • Please redeem your loyalty points within 3 months of your order

12) Fair Price Guarantee

If proof of lower purchase given, we will refund the difference amount up to maximum of Rs. 5,000 per bill.

Please note:

1. Payment Terms of order must be the same/equivalent.

2. Quantity of product should be similar as bulk orders for example full drum orders versus a small cut length will have different discount structures as is standard.

3. Bill with lower price should be within 7 days of our bill date and should be presented during this time.

13) Say no to cash!

We do not accept cash payments and no company representative will ask you for payment in cash.
