On the app homepage you will see various options to search for products and order them, Check prices and stock availability, see your order history, check material in stock including full wire & cable range, fans & more.
You can also see special offers and deals and monitor the gifts you are eligible for. Further there are various features being added every week like match prediction games, online payment, channel finance and more.
4) To begin ordering, there are 4 ways to search for products you need:
A) Search for products from the Search Bar. I.e. enter your product name (try different combinations if you don’t get results immediately)For e.g.: If Crompton Hi speed 48 in brown. All options with above details will be displayed. If one spelling does not work here try alternatives
B) Search by Product Category : Check products from main product categories for eg in Wires, Cables, Fans, Motors etc. if you prefer.
C) Search by Brand : On the homepage – click on the Brands button. All are brands are listed there. Select the brands of your choice and when the results show – you can filter the results using the “Filter” button on top of the page.
D) Search by Voice : Once you click on the search bar – there is a small microphone icon. Click on that and once it shows active(lines moving) you can speak out the product you need. The results will be displayed once done.
Once you have found the product:
If you want to order more products, after you have added your first product to the Cart - repeat Search for other products, enter quantity required and “Add to cart.”

If proof of lower purchase given, we will refund the difference amount up to maximum of Rs. 5,000 per bill.
Please note:
1. Payment Terms of order must be the same/equivalent.
2. Quantity of product should be similar as bulk orders for example full drum orders versus a small cut length will have different discount structures as is standard.
3. Bill with lower price should be within 7 days of our bill date and should be presented during this time.
